Do you offer international shipping?
We ship all over the world, and if your order is above $400, the shipping is free of charge for you. All orders are delivered via Express Delivery by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
When will i receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, we'll send it within 2 business days. Depending on your location delivery can take between 3-7 business days. We'll email you with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on all purchased items, starting from the day you have received your item. Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL, or FedEx with an active tracking number.
Please note: due to long delivery time, we don’t accept returns with any local Postal Service.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We offer free return shipping on all orders.
To request a return, submit a return request using our online form. You will need your email address and order number, which can be found in the original confirmation email you received. If you are having trouble locating this, please contact us at info@clutchandstrut.com and we'll gladly assist.
Once your return request has been submitted, we will email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and ispected your item(s), we will notify you of the approval. You refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. In some cases, banks and credit card companies may have delays in processing refunds. If more than 15 days have passed, send us an email to info@clutchandstrut.com

We receive around 300 products per week, that are being regularly updated on our website.
